Cinnamon Bark, the "Immortal Spice" takes pride of place among the range of products at Dru Era Today, Sri Lanka is still the world’s leading source of Cinnamon Bark, producing not only four-fifth of the world output but its choicest grades as well. Produced from the inner bark of the tropical ever green tree "Cinnamomum Zeylanicum" cinnamon is available in Continental (C), Mexican (M) and Hamburg (H) grades. The Continental grades go from the very fine C5 special to C5 and C4; Mexican comes in M5 and M4 and the thicker Hamburg grades in H1 and H2. Standard quills cut into lengths determined by buyer specifications.
